On 13 June 2024, Dr. Chutima Eamchotchawalit, Governor of TISTR along with Mrs. Sirinan Thubthimthed, Chief Administrative Expert and Acting Director of the Expert Centre of Innovative Health Food (InnoFood), Dr. Boonnanida Sodha, Director of the International Relations Division, and relevant researchers were honour to warmly welcome Ms. Ma. Cristina A. Roque, Undersecretary for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Development Group (MDG), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the delegation from the Philippines at SMEs Incubation Centre, TISTR headquarters.
In this regard, Governor Chutima and Undersecretary Christina delivered the speeches. Furthermore, Dr. Supoj Pratheepthinthong, Senior Technical Officer, Thai Packaging Centre (TPC), Dr. Siriwan Tungsangprateep, Senior Research Officer, Packaging Development Laboratory, TPC, Dr. Somkamol Intawong, Senior Research Officer, Expert Centre of Innovative Herbal Products (InnoHerb), and Dr. Jansuda Kampa, Research Officer, InnoFood gave the overview presentations on Thai Packaging Centre (TPC), Innovative Cosmetic Services Center (ICOS), and Food Innovation Service Plant (FISP), as well as demonstrated product prototypes to the esteemed guests.
Additionally, Dr. Kulraphat Wachirasiri, Senior Research Officer, InnoFood and Dr. Jansuda led the delegation to visit FISP. It is a one-stop-service food manufacturing facility that provides comprehensive business solutions related to innovative food products and beverages for entrepreneurs and startups ranging from laboratory-based food production to commercial technology incubation, which helps add value to the products, create new business opportunities, and increase the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs.
